Nose to tail eating is our ethos and we offer all the cuts of meat from our traditional and rare breeds. Whether it’s woodland reared Gloucester Old Spot Pork Belly, Sussex Beef Fillet or a whole Sussex Chicken (with the giblets) we take pride that every product has been chosen for you with care and passion.
